This handbook contains important information, policies and procedures for all students and faculty in the program. It was developed by the Graduate Program Director and Program Coordinator in consultation with students and faculty in the program, and the handbook was reviewed by the GPN Executive Committee. All students receive a copy of this handbook upon entry into the program and are invited to use it as a reference guide as needed. Please note that all policies and procedures are in alignment with those laid out by the UBC Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (abbreviated G+PS). In case of disagreement between this handbook and G+PS guidelines, G+PS guidelines supersede GPN guidelines. This handbook is updated annually.
